As a partner with her brother Joey, Catherine concentrates her practice on estate planning, family law (divorce and post-dissolution matters), real estate, Social Security Disability, adoptions, name changes, guardianships, estate administration and non-profit incorporations. Catherine is also an active participant in the Model Court Program where she proudly serves as guardian ad litem or pauper attorney for families with children in need of services (CHINS).

Catherine is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court- Northern and Southern Districts, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is an active member of the Allen County Bar Association, where she has served on the Grievance Committee, Fee Dispute Committee, Forms Committee, and Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee. Catherine is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Written Publications Committee, and the American Citizenship Committee.

In her spare time Catherine performs in local theatrical productions and has been seen on stage at the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, Arena Dinner Theatre, the First Presbyterian Theatre, Fort Wayne Ballet and the Embassy Theatre.
